Your Responsibilities:
- Understanding and selling solutions (based on customer ROI) for high level business problems with a focus on PLM enabled solutions based on Siemens PLM Software
- Devising strategic account sales plans and strategies.
- Effectively position PRION UK with its value proposition against competition in assigned accounts & geography and as key partner for Siemens PLM in UK
- Scheduling face-to-face meetings with client’s mid-Management and Executive staff
- Preparing proposals and developing opportunities
- Managing adequate pipeline / forecast to quota; Achieving quarterly sales quotas
- Drive regularly scheduled marketing campaigns in close corporation with UK and Global PRION Team
- Focus is on personal sales targets; new business development and maintaining customer relationships
- Minimum 5 years of outside solution sales experience in the PLM sector - preferable with Siemens PLM SW products
- Candidate must have a strong history of quota achievement over career.
- Candidate will have a 4 year university degree or equivalent work experience - preferred in engineering
- Experience penetrating into larger strategic accounts up through the CxO level.
- Candidate will be familiar with desktop solutions such as Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SAP and other job related software packages.
- Can articulate and understand the customer strategy and PLM solution strategy independently.
- Operates under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
- Understand the complex sales cycles at the strategic level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to respond to changing needs and shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive attitude
- Strong phone presence and positive, friendly approach
- Ability to multi-task and complete a large volume of work quickly
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues with individuals, teams, and executives
- Knowledgeable about Design and Manufacturing enterprise business challenges
