Experience in managing upgrades from Tc Engineering to Tc Unified
Experience in developing and implementing migration strategies from Tc Enterprise to Tc Unified
Experience in helping clients develop CMII compliant processes that enable Tc Unified to be used as a single point of reference for all engineering data throughout the entire product lifecycle. We will assist with mapping your process requirements to Tc Unified functionality, implementing corresponding workflows and carrying out all necessary configuration changes.
Experience in advising on advanced BOM management techniques to enable the creation of a PLM backbone to audit changes across multiple functions in the enterprise: requirements, systems architectures, bills of material, bills of process, as-built and maintenance
Or, we can implement simpler workgroup solutions to enable quick realization of PLM benefits within smaller organizations (this is also a recommended starting point for larger organizations who have not had previous exposure to PLM)
Experience in ITIL-compliant management of changes developed within the Tc Unified Business Modeler IDE (as well as other configuration points). All changes implemented in line with Siemens best practice to ensure smooth upgrades and continued low cost of ownership.
Experience in the deployment of hardware infrastructures to ensure optimal performance of your Tc Unified four tier architecture
Experience in deploying CAD managers for NX, Ideas, Pro-E, CATIA and AutoCAD
Certified in content migration from Ideas to NX with Content Migration Manager CMM
Experience in ERP integrations
Experience in Manufacturing Solutions Tc Manufacturing & Tecnomatix Suite
Experience Tc Mechatronics Management
Experience in large legacy migration, including legacy drawings/models and legacy BOMs
Good pool of competent software engineers with experience of ITK and the Portal Java interface: we can accommodate your needs for non-standard interfaces and other customizations (these carried out without impacting ability to upgrade)
Experience in deploying business continuity strategies, including assisting with PLM program management, coordinating technical review boards and Tc Unified technical support
